Queijadas de Oeiras were created by Carlos Malato, a native of Oeiras, for a regional pastry competition in Marvão. Crisp pastry with a filling of chestnut, fresh cow’s cheese and eggs. You’ll find them at Paris Village, on Rua de Belém.
